How to 'high center' ?
I've seen people do center passes to me in this game, where they seemed to hit the ball somewhere in the corner of the pitch, and it went up high, dropping right under the goals for me to hit it with an aerial. Do you guys know how to do those centers? I can't seem to get the distance or anything right with them.

Just hit the ball towards the "angle" (which is not an angle since it's circular" and it will automatically go along the wall and then drop at the center of the goal if you didn't hit it too hard.
It's done on purpose. that's why it's not an angle but more like a circular one.

You have to hit the ball straight (no bounce) at the wall in the corner, or next to it. Make sure it doesnt bounce.

another tip, if the balls on the ground directly to the left or right of the goal and youre facing the goal from the corner, try to gently boop it up into the air so the ball is centered right in front of the goal. you can do this by using the wall ramp to get underneath the ball and jump once. it takes practice but its really useful against an unsuspecting goalie

For a full explanation with full ingame examples try Part 2 of this tutorial
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kLMwseBHp3I

Basically how you hit the ball will depend how the ball behaves.
Two ways to achieve this.

1. Punt the ball (drive into it and speed to chip it) onto the lip from somewhere down the sideline. If it bounces on the lip itself it bounce and pop up for someone (or you) to aerial or smash in (asuming you've hit it hard enough to get the ball over from the corner). If you aren't right agains the wall it will centre but come away from the goal so be aware of this when following it up.

2. "The Looper" as i call it which is what I think you're asking. From the sideline roll the ball along the ground (forward roll into it as you hit it to keep it on the ground) into the corner. It will roll up the lip, stick to the wall and roll up and over towards the goal.

If you want to see these in action and what the skills the tutorials break down try this:

Hope that helps.
