Bugfix for EULA Can't Be Accepted error

The Bug

The bug was an error message appearing as "xxxxx has not accepted the license agreement" when you try to play with a friend.

The Solution

The solution needs 2 computers (can be done with your friends). First, the two computers should log in to the same bugged account. After that the bugged computer/main owner should open the game, and the other computer needs to click "stream" at game's page in library. After the streaming starts, the second computer simply needs to queue for a match with someone and when it joins to a match, the bug is fixed. The second computer can log off and the main computer can continue playing. You don't need to end the game, or even forfeit it.
