Report a translation problem
to be safe my advice is always to update the password of the epic account and all the platforms associated with it.
It started happening in Season 4 then added to known issues and later was supposed to be fixed but some people including me got it occasionally again.
I think it's like type of connection/server issue.
Personally I didn't change any passwords.

I go to custom training where you have to be logged in to play.
It resets things and I head back to Comp.
I does play with your head though when you see it.
Glad you posted it's put my paranoia to bed.
