Any way to make my fps higher?

I'm gold-plat in ranked, but i never play ranked, like ever simply because of the fps drops. It really bothers me, but i have 1653 MMR in casual, since I do always play that because there i don't have to worry about messing up my tm8s with my trash fps. I HATE this, I did a bit of research, and I THINK 1500+MMR is champ-grand champ, i think? I thought i was plat for the longest, but im glad I checked on bakkesmod my mmr in cas, anyways, i want the actual proof that i'm a champ, but my fps is literally SO TRASH, it really messes me up, i haven't been playing much at all since recently my laptop has been utter dog****. It really takes the fun out of this game that i love :/. Soooo.... any advice on making my fps higher?

1) Make sure you don't have voice chat linked on the same button / key as another action. This may be the reason for the FPS drop.

2) Try Delete Cache folder:

3) Set these launch options, "-high -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -nomansky +mat_antialias 0 -malloc=system". (To do this you need to go to the library, right-click on Rocket League, properties, set launch options)

-high - the game starts in high priority mode;
-USEALLAVAILABLECORES - allows the game to use all CPU cores;
-nomansky - degrades the quality of the sky (contributes to increased performance, of course);
+mat_antialias 0 - disables anti-aliasing;
-malloc=system - instructs the OS to automatically adjust the RAM flow to the game.

4) Update the video card drivers
For NVIDIA: https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
For AMD: https://www.amd.com/en/support

If you update the video card drivers, your computer will work much faster, the FPS will increase and it will be noticeable. I recommend updating the video card drivers regularly.

6) And try to set launch options -dx9:
