Didn't get Legacy Status

The FAQ stated that you get the Legacy Status if you played the game somewhere between the release of the game and July 21st. I didn't get any of the Items/DLCs or the Status. Do I have to do something for them or did I miss the timewindow to get them since I didn't play between June 28 last year and today?

Go into your purchases and check when you bought the game. I would of thought that’s when the title will be from

It goes from when you originally bought the game, uninstalling and reinstalling has nothing to do with it, it would still be in your library

It goes from when you originally bought the game, uninstalling and reinstalling has nothing to do with it, it would still be in your library

I was in army this year so I had not any opportunity to play Rocket League. Can I purchase DLC that I didn't purchased (Jurassic World, McLaren, Hot Wheels Triple Threat, DC Super Heroes and '70 Dodge Charger)?
