for casual, i totally agree, however if you want to no longer be matched up with or against certain players, it's more fair for it to block you from getting matched up with them rather than the other way around, otherwise blocked people (in some, if not most, cases completely subjective to the person doing the blocking) get the downside of this feature and be able to play with much less people in the end. for ranked this should maybe only apply for getting matched within the same team, but still could result in fixing matches, if you go to extreme lenghts

This would work the same both ways? I don't care that they are on the enemy team i just don't want certain playstyles in randoms. if you can't rotate and chase a lot or even don't watch what you are doing and team bump. Its safe to say people hate that. And I for one care more for quality. Not to mention I am in a bracket that gets matches fairly quickly.
