This game needs solo standard back

Its just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rubbish playing against 3 stacks, I lose every single match aganist 3 stacks. I genuinely dont remeber winning once. Every other game has a solo que so how come this doesnt? Its just straight up unfair to put 3 randos against 3 guys on a team. Every 3 stack has a smurf too. Why did they ever remove solo standard? Its by no means a dead game and even if it was I would still rather queue a minute than play against a 3 stack.

They decided that, without asking anyone, that players preferred shorter queue times over quality games. So now, I have a 5 second queue into a pre-made auto-loss instead of a 10 second queue with a chance at a real game. I would wait minutes for a chance at a fair game ,but again, they didn't ask anyone. It's fine for casual but it really does throw the competitive integrity of ranked out the window. Though tbh their ranked 'progression' is so borked that 90% of the player base is within one rank of each other where players who can air dribble are in the same game with players who can't press the jump button.

It's fine though, Psyonix's faq on their website says that you should just get some friends and exploit the queue like everyone else if you want to rank up. Not that there's anything to rank up to, people at the highest levels don't play 3s.

Most online game developers hate solo players. They think everyone has tons of fake steam friends to link up with and play all the same games at the same time. It's a pipe-dream. They are completely out of touch with their communities and they continue to ignore us.

Games in general are going through a pivotal moment in time, just like Hollywood and sports did before. They are succumbing to the social cancer that has infected and killed every other form of entertainment media. Games were the last hold-out, but now it's here. All the Triple-A houses have already fallen, riddled with a pox from within. Epic Fail.

Maybe it's time to go outside and play again.
