How do u download it for pc?
I got it on my wishlist but it's not appearing in my library

Wishlisted games are games you haven't bought yet. And you can't buy RL on Steam anymore. You can buy a Steam CDKey for around $600 but best bet is to go play the game on Epic. It's free.
