saving

i've noticed in the last few games, that the game doesn't recognize making rapid saves from the other team shooting. make one save, then the second shot is taken immediately and you again save it, it doesn't count it? i even looked at the stats right away, and you can see it does not give you 2 saves. the game can't be that fast that it cannot detect your multiple saves in a row.

The saves have never been accurate imo. Sometimes I have made saves that are clearly going in the goal and it doesn't count and other times I get saves that are way out on the edge of the box where the ball is coming at me 5 mph.

As long as I win, I don't really care about how many points I have.

caring or not caring about points is whatever, but it should be able to be more accurate with saves. plus i like goalie stats better than goal stats. goaltending is harder than scoring. so i do care for some points.

It surely counts! How do I know? Because you didnt get a goal from the opposing team! Simple. Why do ppl take "points" and "stats" so seriously xD
If enemy didnt score because you SAVED it, then they didnt score!

I've seen this behavior in the past. I don't think that they've changed anything regarding this. Rocket League's, "points," system has always been pretty useless, especially regarding team play. Unfortunately, the only thing that really matters is the score at the end of the game.

At least HunterAP answered the question, the others went off onto a different question that i didn't ask, so therefore it is childish. trying to use typed words to condescend me or other people is childish. all i do is ask a question, either answer it or just scroll past if my question is too simple for someone to answer.
