So does this mean new players wont get the dominus? Will they ever be able to get the dominus?

Would be kind of cool since that car you used to have to buy and now it's free currently. So itd add some legacy to it.

Also hope that the bat mobile stays rare.

Well, atleast there will be no need for getting new accounts after this, since all you need to do going from one platform to another is to log in and you get your items, rank progress and so on....no more 'I came from console to pc to play with friends' as they mop the floor with far less skilled players.
