DS4 creating 2nd player after pressing start.

Hey everone,
I'm using DS4Windows and when I press start in menue or ingame it creates a 2nd player. How can I stop it from doing that? :/ So far I've read that when I'm using the DS4Windows the game thinks I've plugged in a XBOX and a DS4 controller. Haven't found a solution though. :(

Rocket League doesn't need 3rd party drivers/program for DS4. Causes more issues than anything.

I'd suggest removing/disabling them.

But I experienced the opposite. :/
When I first got the controller I tried it without a 3rd party program but then no vibrations worked for example. Not sure what else didn't work but that's why I got DS4Windows.
So actually there is a 3rd party program needed.

Everything should work in Rocket League except for the vibration and the touch pad

Mh, ok.
But if anyone knows a solution to the problem, feel free to answer.
So that I can use my controller as a normal controller, light working, vibration and no 2nd player creating while pressing start.

You probably have double input because of DS4Windows. It will install a driver for a wireless controller and another one for the xbox 360 controller simulation. They both run simultaneously. So when you hit start, it hits two times. To fix this, close steam, go to your DS4Windows settings and activate "hide ds4 controller". Don't know if this fixes your issue, but i had a similar problem with DS4Windows and Steam Big Picture Mode.

I already tried that, but probably didn't work because I've been ingame already. I'll try it again as soon as I'm home. :)

Yeah you need to close all apps working with DS4Windows to activate it properly
