Can i buy wheels like pyrrhos and then trade them up for bm?

not from the item store, and you could never trade the old crate stuff up to black market.

before buying any exo for trade up, clique "show details" on bottom left, if its written "this item cannot be traded in" dont buy it, buy it only if nothing is written on the item. sorry if my english is bad

To the best of my knowledge, and i will verify this you can only trade blueprints up to blackmarket not items.

Yep just verified it you cannot trade up to black market with items only blueprints.

Since the free to play, you can make exotic to blackmarket tradeups, but all items are unpainted and also the pull of the items you can get is higher, it contains all previous plus all from champion 1 up to Vindicator.

i see where the miscommunication is you can go from common drop item to blueprint, not with old crate items.

Yeah, you are right, Items from Drops and blueprints have tradeups, plus old non-crate items also keep tradeups, but old Crate/Blueprint crafted items cannot be traded up for better quality item.
