Screen flickering when I tab out and tab back in
Whenever I play rocket league (or any game really, but it mostly happens on rl) and I tab out to change a song or do something on my desktop then tab back in, I get these gray/white flickers on my screen. Sometimes my whole screen blinks, and sometimes its just parts of my screen.

I only noticed this starting to happen when I upgraded to windows 11 about 2 weeks ago. I have checked my monitor settings, my system settings, my rocket league settings, and have upgraded my graphics drivers.

My main monitor is 2560x1440 resolution and 165hz refresh rate. I also have 2 other monitors, but my computer should be more than beefy enough to handle them.

Things I have tried:
- Capping my frames at 165
- Uncapping my frames
- Playing through epic games
- playing through steam
- verifying game cache files
- Checked display port connection into monitor and pc
- Watched cpu/gpu temps when playing (never gets too high)

Things I havent tried:
- Different display cable
- Uninstalling and reinstalling game
- Complete pc factory reset

Pc Specs:
- CPU: Intel Core i7-12700K 3.6 GHz 12-Core Processor
- CPU COOLER: Corsair Hydro X Series iCUE XH305i RGB PRO Custom Cooling Kit
- Mobo: MSI MAG Z690 TOMAHAWK WIFI DDR4 ATX LGA1700 Motherboard
- Ram: CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO SL 64GB (4x16GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4-28800) C18
- SSD: Crucial P3 Plus 2TB PCIe Gen4 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD, up to 5000MB/s - CT2000P3PSSD8
- GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti FTW3 ULTRA GAMING 12GB GDDR6X
- Case: Thermaltake Tower 900 Snow Edition ATX Full Tower Case
- PSU: Corsair RM850x (2021) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

I pretty much always have Medal, Discord, and Bakkes Mod running when I am playing. I dont think it could be a ram issue though, since I have 64g

This is very common when I tab out and tab back in, but it does now happen every time. And sometimes it will even just happen randomly even without the tab out and in.

Suggestions/Thoughts?

Most likely G-Sync/Free-Sync.

I have a G-Sync 1440p monitor and Free-Sync 4k monitor. The G-sync one also flickers when tabbing in and out of Fullscreen programs.

You could test if it is that by just disabling it in Nvidia Control panel and see if it still does it.

Completely unrelated, but I was looking around on google for this exact problem when I found this post and was finally able to fix my monitors flickering. Thank you!
