Dropshot is gone

Dropshot will rotate with Snowday in the Competitive playlist every season, starting from Season 13. The one mode from these two that's not in the Competitive playlist will be occasionally available as a LTM throughout the season. If I remember correctly, it will change every week.

I logged on yesterday to play some rocket for the first time in months and I enjoy some dropshot. Come back today and it's gone :'(

Dropshot is great. Sad that i can´t finish my matches now and have to wait for the next season. Also the new menue looks like garbage. Too small, too ugly.

AND ... no tournaments in Extra-Modes too (Extramodes are back in new season). This game is dead, killed by ... bad design.

Everyone at Epic Games is sub-human. Imagine willingly killing a game millions of people love. I loved trading. I loved Dropshot and I even play Snowday every now and then. The fact that competitive Dropshot will be gone is pretty devastating for me tbh.

Population was to low so they are trying to merge snow day and drop shot group together so that I guess the MM doesn't take as long when trying to get someone to GC or SSL. Its kinda the same thing in Hoops. If you play that mode a champ 1 is easily the same as a gc when compared to playing 3s for example, just not enough people to fill the ranks.

This is just my speculation though so take it with a grain o salt

Snow day is a truly terrible game mode. They shouldn't of moved anything, but if they wanted to take something away, that should of been the pick.
Rumble and drop shot were the 2 modes I played most among the four. I've never liked snow day and never will. Hoops is meh but still better than snow day.

Also if they think I'll play snow day more because of this, they're wrong. That's definitely not enticing me to play it more with said changes. Bare minimum per season for a ranking while it's in is the most I'll give it.

I hope that's not it. They're completely different styles of play. People who love dropshot and don't like snow day aren't suddenly going to play snow day because dropshot is gone.
