Any Advantage to Low Stiffness?

Recently decided I wanted to change up my camera settings. I have been using 1 or .95 stiffness ever since Lethamyr made a video on it a while back. It feels pretty good to me, but I almost want to switch it up. Do you guys feel like there is any advantage to using low camera stiffness?

When I ramped it all the way up, I think the car controls felt more snappier.. Some players can't handle the quick twitches, so you might wanna poke around and see what fits you..
