Normal ping on Casual, high ping on Ranked

I didn't know where to post this, but as the title says, I sat down to play some games today, started with a few casual matches to warm up, all good... Then I went into ranked, and as soon as the first game started I had a consistent 250 ping throughout the WHOLE match. It didn't even fluctuate, it was a hard 250ms that almost didn't even go up or down (if it did, it was only a 2 or 3ms difference)

I didn't think much of it, I probably just got a bad server, so I left my PC and came back a couple hours later (I was asked to update my game by then, so I did) and did the same thing: 2 casual matches, no ping issues, great! Let's move on to ranked... BOOM, same ♥♥♥♥ again. Constant 250 ping that didn't seem to get any lower or higher at any moment.

I ran a speedtest and everything is okay with my internet connection. This only seems to happen in ranked playlists, which is pretty weird. It is the first time this has happened to me, is anyone else experiencing this?
