Having trouble with workshop maps

when I subscribe to a rocket league workshop map it doesn't automatically download, I tried launching rocket league and it still didn't download. what do I do?

Does the map shows up in the download section?
What if you try to see the download queue in big picture mode?

In meanwhile, try to verify RL game files:
- open the Steam client and navigate to the Library tab.
- Right-click Rockey League and select Properties.
- Navigate to the Local Files tab.
- Click on the Verify Integrity of Game Files button.

Or Clear corrupt Download Cache:
- Open Steam client.
- Navigate to Steam > Settings.
- Expand the Settings menu.
- Select the Download tab.
- Click on the Clear Download Cache button at the bottom of the screen.
- Click Yes at the confirmation prompt to clear the locally download cache.
- Finally, log into your Steam account again and try downloading the map.

Try to opt out of Steam beta program as it could potentially cause bugs:
- In Steam, click on Steam in the upper left, then choose the Settings menu.
- Click the Account tab.
- Click the Change button under Beta Participation.
- From the drop-down list, select the NONE – Opt out of all beta programs option.
- Click OK.
- Click the Restart Steam button on the prompt that appears.

Make sure the download region is the closest to you:
- Open Steam client.
- Click on Steam > Settings.
- Select Downloads from the vertical menu.
- Now, change the Download Region to the appropriate country on the right-hand pane.
- Click OK.

If you already have a lot installed, it might not work. That's what happened to me, just needed to deinstall some maps

From what I see you don't have game on Steam - mouse icon next to name in post. (me and Simo don't have it because it's covered by star icon as we're volunteer forum moderators)

If you have game only on Epic Games you can use Bakkesmod (from site https://bakkesmod.com/ ) and its plugin Workshop Downloader and Loader https://bakkesplugins.com/plugins/view/223
