There hasn't been Hit box changes in years since they standardized the hit boxes.

all matters is just cosmetics, unless you count cosmetics as "overpowered" and need nerf so idk.
Their statistics are the same, but it's about how it appears visually to you that does matter.
So, yes and no.
Fennec is and isn't pay to win, depends on whether the player is used to Octane being octane, and Fennec being octane. I know, it sounds like it doesn't make any sense, but it does make sense if you think about it.
If you can feel confident about your moves because your car's model better matches your hitbox, then you're guaranteed to have easier time hitting your shots, as you can't actually see your hitbox in-game, can you?
It shouldn't be a biggie, though.
Whenever somebody complains about it, it's most frequently just a rant and that player wouldn't have performed any better with Fennec anyway.
