Permanent Ban

Hi, There
On February 28, I was permanent banned for cheating.
Description: I am not a regular player of this game. From time to time I go to the game to relax and listen to music. A similar wave of nostalgia came yesterday when I decided to play this wonderful game again and what was my surprise when I went in and saw an alert that I was permanently banned for using cheats. Of course, without understanding anything, I went to support to find out the reasons. It turned out there that I was banned on February 28 of this year for using cheats. I tried to find out where the login was made from to understand if it was me or if it was a hack. The operator did not give any explanations, saying that this is confidential information. After that, I asked what I should do in such a situation. The operator said that Player Support cannot change the decision about a permanent bath.

Therefore, I am asking someone for help to resolve this situation. In my defense, I can say a few things. Firstly, I work as a programmer, so maybe there are some conflicts with the Rocket League anti-cheat. Secondly, this is my main account and having so much in my inventory and library, it would be just stupid to use third-party programs from this account.
The only thing that confuses me is that I could have been hacked, for example, in epic games and go into the game from there, but in this case it can be easily tracked by the place of entry into the account, but unfortunately no one provided me with this information

Guys, if someone knows how to prove their innocence, please unsubscribe so that I can clear my good name

Psyonix support won't read this, even if they do, it won't make a difference than contacting them directly.

I suggest you just get a new epic id and secure your account and pc more. Either if your account was hijacked or you was using an infected pc, it's all your responsibility. They won't tell you what app make you banned so you can't test their system.

If it wasn't clear enough as you are using translator, i'll say this again to make it clear. If your account get hijacked or accessed by someone, and they used cheats on your account, it's your responsibility. You should have secured your account better.

That been said, I'm not psyonix support so i can't provide help either, all i know that you probably better make new id instead of trying to get that id back.
