"Banned from playing online"

I just recently got back into RL and have been playing for like 3 days (I stopped when it became free to play). I got on today and played one game with a toxic tm8 in 2v2 where we both were talking ♥♥♥♥ in game chat and after the game was over I went to start a new game and when I joined the game kicked me and told me I was "Banned from playing online". Does anyone know how long this lasts? I cant imagine I'm perma banned?
