eSwap controller brutal sensitivity even in menu

Hey,

I bought the eSwap Pro controller and it feels like there are multiple inputs happening most of the time. Even in the main menu, when I very slightly press down the left stick once the selection goes down 2-3 buttons instead of one. In-game my normal jumps often registered as double jumps.
I use the controller with cable in a USB 3.0/2.0 slot. Previously I used DS4 controllers with bluetooth, and while I had similar experience with them, they did not happen as often as with the eSwap.
I uninstalled the Windows controller that was next to the eSwap in Device Manager and in the Control Panel I can only see the eSwap and a HID-compliant controller (that seems like mandatory because if I uninstall it the controller does not work and when I unplug and plug in again the driver is installed automatically).

Has anyone seen anything similar and knows how to solve it?

Try disabling Steams Controller configuration?

Right click the game
Properties
Controller
Change Override to "Disable Steam input"

Those are disabled and even the different controller settings (the ps support, the xbox support, the generic one, etc.) are deselected. I am starting to think it might be a motherboard setting, or the Ryzen cpus dont like controllers, or me....

Ok, I found it! In Thrustmapper I have to play around with the Small Movements, Medium Movements and Large Movements settings. So far seems like 0, 20, 80 works without Square deadzone shape, but it needs a lot of tweaks before I found the optimal settings for my hands. But at least it is not overly sensitive now.
