IBuf behavior

For the last two weeks I'm having this weird lags which makes the game unplayable, take a look at that graph - ping is great, fps also make no issues. I'm running the game on high end laptop(3080 etc) with wired fiber connection 1G. Drivers updated and PC is clean, cant figure out what can cause it, also its weird looks like a pattern, any idea?

the Input Buffer causes your issues,

Yeah already tried it but still the same, What can be the cause for Input buffer?

when troubleshooting, are you sure that third party programs are not open in background?
for example bakkesmod, onedrive, msi afterburner etc?

the main cause could be the internet connection, if I were you I would update the modem to the latest version (if possible) or do a factory reset.

if that does not work, its possible that you'll need to contact the ISP.
not many steps you can try on your side.

it's the game. I've played long enough that I always have perf chart up and randomly during some seasons the ibuf will be terrible and cause horrible input inconsistency. Literally can barely hit the ball in the air for the past 2 months.
