About the new esports shop.

Why aren't the skins global? For example, I am an Octane main and let's say I want to buy the Cloud 9 decal, it's only available for Dominus. Do these esports items appear randomly or when will the C9 decal be available for Octane?

So, all the teams get their own wheels, banners and decals and all of these have chances of appearing every time the shop refreshes, I still don't know if multiple items of 1 team can appear at once, if 2 types of items, for example 2 wheels can appear at the same time and don't know if all of the rlcs teams have their items.

There's still decals for Octane or Dominus, you have to wait another day I think, as I have see on Evil Genuises' Tweet.

Oh, so do all of the team's items (wheels, decals, banners etc.) just come after some time then? And do these decals also come for every car or only the specific ones?
Do all the teams have their own wheels, banners and decals or some team only has decals, other has wheels and another one only has banner or everybody gets their items equally?

The content change everyday, like in the Fortnite's Item shop.

There's specific decals for Octane and Dominus as they are the most popular and used in Esports (as if all others cars are useless... ).
