Assuming you mean the ranked seasons, I don't think we know at all. Season 1 was something like 8 months, but I don't think there's any guarantee of Season 2 being the same length.

Season 1 ended with rewarding players unlocks based on their highest rank and resetting all the ranks for the start of Season 2. I think we can expect that pattern to continue, at least.

usually about three months to change to winter fall/autumn, summer or spring but in game its how ever many weeks you want but the lowest is only nine weeks and the highest is 36 weeks.
