Edit: maybe you are talking about legend?
I've seen some legit Rocketeers at around 700-800 hours, 500 sounds impossible to me.
Is there any website to show level of the acc in rocket league?
I'm close to rocketeer. 1300h played (~250h just online, not played).
I'm at level 59 (Master -> Legend) with +-630 hours. No way 700 will get you to Rocketeer :).
1000+ seems closer to it.
But it's less than 1000 in most cases
Most of my friends are stars (I mean that they are good or at least decent) and I'm the quickest leveling up: I hit Legend (60) last night at 458 hours.
So I'd say Rocketeer in 500 is prtty much impossible. 700 on the other hand seems reasonable for those players who rank up fairly quickly.
I know legit Rocketeers around 700 hours so it is definitly possible but i doubt that you can get it much faster than that.
10-19: Semi-pro
20-29: Pro
30-39: Veteran
40-49: Expert
50-59: Master
60-73: Legend
74-75: Rocketeer
Add 200-400 for training/afk/private games (half points)
You can't get points like that anymore.

Even the maths here ^ doesn't account for replays and OT.
