RL Not saving certified item and car data.

Everytime I exit rocket league any changes I have made to my car's appearance or any progress on any certified items become reset to the same point I was at a few days ago. It does save what items I get from matches because i'm constantly reminded i got them. Everytime I start the game it tells me I have earned the same items I have had since the issue began. Any advice on fixing the issue would be much appreciated.

For anyone else with this issue, it had to do with my date/time settings. I had played the game while my date/time was ahead of what it actually was and i guess refused to resave any new local changes. The fix was to just delete the save data under Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\SaveData and restart the game.
