Rocket League settings location?

I just did the anniversary update for Windows 10 and now Rocket League won't start. I suspect it may be because it perceives a different system configuration now than to before so I want to wipe the system config Rocket League uses and try to re-initialize it but I have no idea where to find the file to delete to do that.

Anybody got any ideas? Or other solutions? (and I don't mean Psyonix's general startup solutions)

Sigh...unfortunately that didn't help.
Still crashes immedidately.

I'm a moron. Forgot to fix the C++ runtimes other than 2010. Back in the game now.
Dunno why Just Cause 3 wasn't phased though...it really should have been.
