High learning curve, I get it
Added a few people but clearly I havnt played long enough to quite master some of the techniques used in our matches, so Do you just play alone for months before you gain rank to eliminate that advantage? I dont get it.. Why is there so little community for such a fun game?
I cannot stand my teammates in randoms, yet Im not good enough for the overt community? How do I get better and learn team tactics? Please help! I use ANY voice software available to provide an advantage, I just need to polish my team skills!

1. This game does something criminally stupid with team play, in that it takes a number of random strangers, tosses them into a playing field, and expects them all to give a cohesive effort without being able to communicate with each other to see what the other players are doing. This is why most matches look like a cat factory exploding whenever the match starts.

2. When you see a team that's able to communicate, and has practiced together, it's a thing of beauty to watch, even if I'm getting my rear kicked in the process. So yeah, if you really want to figure out how to engage in proper teamwork, I'd get a good head set, find some other players who might actually know what to do with a soccer ball if handed one, and get cracking. Talking to other players is constructive in learning how to play the game, especially if you get nice ones who will talk you through your mistakes.

3. You can really tell who's in here from after their failed attempts at playing first-person shooters. Spending time alone isn't going to help you become better at this game, you need to immerse yourself with other people, because all the mad skills in the world aren't going to help if you don't know how to gel with other players.

So, I have stumbled upon a few Discord servers, and there was a TS server for the community but it has been taken down. Know of any places you can "LFG" for fellow players with voice comms? I require voice when I am grouping in any "MMO" I play, especially competitive.
