Got a rare decal for a car i don't have
I just traded 5 uncommun for a rare, and i got the decal Royalty, which is for the Dominus, a car that i don't have, so did i just wasted 5 uncommon for nothing ?

a) Buy the car.
b) Craft Very Rare items with it
