Grab their steam ID's and add them for comparison.
They both start tracking users once they have been searched.

Im afraid not. When you go to extras, stats, and view your overall career record, you can not compare these numbers to your friends. I would like an option to bring up and additional box side by side and view friends overall stats.
Yes, there may be 3rd party sites and stuff, but I'm talking about an in game option that I can view from my menu.
They are meant to be for your eyes only.
Allowing those to be public is a dumb idea. Friends or not, you could expose a weakness on an opponent before a comp (for example).
They are just meant to be there to help yourself.
The best way to compare those stats with friends is... to ask them >___>
If you can only see friends' stats then Im not sure how this would affect comp.....
