Not getting items?

For some reason ever since the new update I have not received any items after matches, and I have played at least 50 games. I don't get any stuff at all, so the only way I've been able to get rarer items is by trading in the common items I already have. Does anyone know why I'm not getting any items anymore?

uh yeah the same thing is happening to me, although I am getting drops they are really infrequent

There's a limit of 10 hours of playtime per week that can earn uncommon/rare/very rare/painted/certified items.

Well, it is slightly bugged. I don't get them after matches...I get the items when I first start the game.

So does this mean I only earn items for a certain period of playtime, and then once I play more I don't get stuff, or what? I'm not exactly sure what you mean.

yea man, i got an uncommon item once when i joined, but i played like 40-60 matches, NOTHING.
is this counted as a bug or what? because if this is the new system, i'll be sad. it's ♥♥♥♥. :(

They made this update because they want money now the only way to unlock items is to open crates
