Camera Swivel with Mouse

Problem:
I'm trying to be able to use the mouse axis (X and Y) for the CAMERA SWIVEL (RIGHT/LEFT/UP/DOWN) action, instead of using buttons like F1,F2..

A slight problem comes when I bind those four commands to my mouse Y-axis(up,down) X-axis(left-right) that when I pull my mouse towards me the camera is still trying to focus on the ball. So it automaticly goes back to the ball instead of focusing where I pointed it with my mouse (hope you understand what I'm trying to say :P)

Is there a way to remove the "camera lock" in the game?
Because if you swivel right, after you have done so, it goes back to the "first person view" of the car.
