How do i trade keys and skins?

I cant see them in my steam inventory.

In Garage > Manage Inventory, you'll see all the items you have that are tradeable in some way. You can trade items with the game in groups of 5, trading up for one item of the next highest level, which is a costly but sometimes necessary way to do it.

To trade one or more items person-to-person, LT to invite a friend to your Party from your Steam list (if you've arranged a trade, you'll need to add each other as Friends first). When they arrive, look for their name in a black tab on the lower part of the screen, click, and Invite To Trade.

Buying keys for crates begins a seven-day cooldown, and any items inside crates continue the same cooldown (i.e. the key has 5 days until it's tradeable, you use it to open a crate, you get a decal; the decal now has five days to go until it can be traded with another person).
