I know to keep the in-game sound playing when alt-tab out of the game

I'm still curious, but i'm using it now, hope it will not affect everything like got banned from matchmaking and stuff.

Not sure anybody already know this but, probably a long time ago. but i'm unsure.

1. Right click the Rocket League game in your library.
   
2. Click "View Properties"
   
3. Click on "Set Launch Options"
   
4. Type this without quotes "-AllowBackgroundAudio" , theres a dash "-" before the Allow...

Let me know if this launch options allowed or not in normal gameplay.

The more skilled you become, the longer it takes to find a game.
You really think that someone with 1000+ hours is staring at a search graphic?
They are alt-tabbed, playing mini-games or checking their browser.

It's funny how this appears after the crate update, in which people are getting banned for ask farming etc.

Not really. This is a standard steam launch command. Like "-windowed" etc..

Okay, i see now,
but i need some confirmation of the allowance of this launch command, if it's allowed then i will keep the launch command intact.

Also, when i'm get bored, i alt tab out when not playing like listening to the game's soundtrack.

There is zero risk of being banned for a launch parameter. You aren't modding the game, you are merely enabling an existing feature.

Another reason you'd do this is if you're streaming and you need to alt+tab out to view comments, held comments etc and you don't want the audio to keep dipping etc.

Okay guys, but do you know the "command" for disabeling this feature? Cause I've changed this parameter in some game server, and now I can't fix it, what's the opposite of this command? -DenyBackgroundAudio?

Ain't the Rocket League picture on the bar blinking orange when u find a game ? At least it does it automatic for me.
