Recording Replays

Is there any way to hide the bar at the bottom of the replay window? I have an incredible goal I want to get footage of and share, but I don't want that bar at the bottom. Planning to get it from player view.

Not sure what the keyboard button is but you can press X on an XBOX controller to toggle the HUD elements on/off

This gives me hope. Anyone know the button for Steam? I have recording software, so that isn't an issue.

No, it will show you all the controls in the replay editor.

New problem. When I go into Rocket League with the recording going, it doesn't get the full-screen game. Any clues?

What recording software are you using?

As you need to set the resolution to the same as your rocket league resolution.

If you're using OBS simply click on fit to screen in the settings.

I actually figured it out, but thanks! I had to change the setting in-game to fullscreen but windowed, not actual native fullscreen. That allowed the software to pick it up. A bit of a weird hassle, but I got my recording and clipped it. I saw something in another view that makes it not as incredible, which I'll comment on, but the fact I even hit the ball at all to line it up in this is amazing.
