How do you equip rare decals?

I got the Dominus:Arcana but don't see it when managing my car in the garage. Do I need a special car body that works only with that decal?

Did you equip the Dominus ?

You will need to use the Dominus car. If you dont then you cant use the decal.

Yep, which is totally fair. That is why you can easily trade with other people to get the cosmetics you do want to use :).

problem avoided by just buying all the dlc as it comes out imo
