Ranked MMR ranges for each division/tier

I've taken the data for over 500,000 profile lookups at my website rocketleaguerank.com and have produced the MMR ranges for each tier/division.

Some of them overlap, this is because the skill rating calcuation is not straight forward. The page is also linked up to your profile on the website, so if you lookup your ranks/stats, you can see if you are close to being promoted or demoted.

Do we really need another rank tracker? What does this site offer that you can't find on other sites?

From a quick look i notice you're offering way less information than most other trackers.

The site shows the problem with MMR. Example: Challenger Elite DIV5 has higher point range than Rising Star DIV1.

Wow. 1st off this site has been around for a while. 2nd there are not a lot of places (I've only seen one other) that actually list all the ranks and thier point value. It's a great site and I use it often.

The site shows the problem with MMR. Example: Challenger Elite DIV5 has higher point range than Rising Star DIV1.

That's so when you rank up you don't lose one game and fall back down. Also you earn your rank by landing in the middle. So promotions are not just lucky wins.

I just need 39 or so points to get Challenger I, Division III, cool...though i am sick of seeing so much ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because i missed a shot....

I was able to get to Challenger I, Division II today and the first match i get in, i lose, mostly cause my team mate was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ more about me missing a very tricky shot, well tricky for me than actually playing the game....i mean sure my performance was not that good that match, but i am thinking its more to do with the team mate than anything else.

The next match, i won, got back to division II, i never understand the reasoning behind the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, i mean if you got there once, you can get back there again, right?

In the end, he quit just before the match said 'team colour wins' likely to avoid me seeing their rank or something....cause he did score a few shots.....so it could have been just cause i missed a shot that i found nearly impossible to get to....i am more better at setting shots up, than i am at taking them.

Just hang in there. It gets better. Just made it to C3 in 2's. Awesome games and friendly people. Only had one guy today raging out. Cusing up a storm over the mic. He was on the other team and got a beat down. 2 games in a row lol.

The way i see it, unless you get the lucky group with a better player, if you win the matches to get to the rank, you deserve to be there.

I did not mean to be offensive or anything, but it's just that your current skill level does not grant a place in C3.

Even if you got carried there, you would not hold up and drop back down.
Just keep playing and you'll get better.

Well so far, i have been getting nice balanced matchups, where it can go either way, which is where it is fun, sometimes they win, sometimes i win....i just HATE it when it puts me in matches where i can't win or can't lose.

Yep, luck has 0 to do with it. Each rank has an average skill set you need to have to reach and maintain. I'm not saying people don't get boosted but if you are going on your own you need to find the skills each rank has and work on them. Good stuff though.
