Fast Kick off

So I've been trying to master the fast kick off for 2 days now. I'm just not getting it. Maybe I'm hitting them 50% of the time. In C3 i'm starting to come across it a lot. For those that have mastered it do you have any tips?

Best advice: don't even bother.
It's not that good, it's actually kinda tryhard-y, and it's risky so you can mess it up as well

Extra distance yes, but immediately visible for your mirror position and easily blocked.

Honestly, once you see them flip for the fast kick off, all you have to do is flip just before the ball and you end up sending it roght back at their goal 100% of the time.

I was countering them by moving over just a tad when I knew they were going for the FKO. But I'm starting to come accross some that were faster and my slow counter move just wasn't working. I made a lot of progress getting it down last night. I trashed my ranking in casual to get it and the funny thing is the lower rated players have learned not to even try to counter them. Once they see you are going for them they just sit in net. I also came accross a lot of other people practicing their fast kick offs in the lower rating in casuals. I feal a little bad for the newbies because there are a lot of good players practicing things all over them.
