Painted Trails?

I would love some painted/colored Lightning Trails... could we make that happen?(would also diversify the very Rare slot a bit more^)

Would be cool if we got paint for S3 rewards and could paint some trails or rims.

I have seen painted Lightning wheels and trails before, but they're WAY too rare! Personally, they should add in Paint Bucket drops so the trading system will be eased up on.

I traded out a yellow lightning trail the other day. They do drop but from what all the discords and trading sites are saying. It's insanely rare compared to other items.

Got one on my first trade-up since the update. I didn't know about the new trail, so that was a nice surprise.

And I had a Sky Blue Chainsaw for a topper once.

My point is that there should be Paint and Cerification items similar to the Strange Parts and Paint Buckets on Team Fortress 2: which reminds me, there should be some TF2-themed items just for kicks.

I really do like the paint bucket idea, like a 1 time use dye kit. I didn't know about the tf2 stuff. I do hope they add more antennae and toppers from other games. Worms is cool and all but lets get some Psychonauts and Skyrim stuff. :P I'd even love to just have an Arstotzkan Badge as an antennae top.

I'm not much of an antenna/topper guy, but I can't blame you. As for the paint bucket system, it can work as an alternative form of currency, since on TF2, a paint bucket of Austrailium Gold is worth 8 Refined.

Paint Buckets that drop from matches, thats pretty cool.

I'd like painted boosts but only for certain types - eg:
Lightning - Any colour
Trinity - Any colour
Pixel Fire - Green

etc etc
Would be cool to see these in game


HOWEVER, what I really desire is a colour customisation for the supersonic trails, which are traditionally Purple

There's already variant colors for some (Standard, Thermal, Ionique and Flamethrower), so its not very useful.

I can't blame you there; it would be nice to change the color of the supersonic trails, and personally change the colors of the rocket trails to whatever color we see fit.
