Twitch drops: When do we get the item ?

So, I've just made my account on twitch and started the "drop program while whatching a live RLCS stream". I linked my account and all, everything fine.
I got 1 drop from the RLCS Spring Split and until now, I still didn't get anything from it, it's been a month now and I just wander if anyone knows how long it can take to receive the gift in game ?

Where the Data/Times are it will be a bar that fills up. Based on how many hours you watch.

When it is full, the bar will be replaced with a button to claim your reward.

During a stream with drops, there should be a link that takes you to the page where the progress is as well.

I've done that as well. I did everything all the tutorial on this topic mentioned.
I know they said that it can take a while to get the reward, but I didn't thought it could take more than a month to have it. That's my concern

Just to be clear. You've gone to the drops page and clicked the "Claim" button? Cause Twitch doesn't give the items to you automatically. You have to go to the Drops page and claim it yourself. Then it will appear next time you start up Rocket League.

If you've done that and it's not appearing. Check your archive tab in inventory management inside Rocket League.

Also check to make sure you have the correct platform selected.

Thanks a lot for responding. I did all the steps you've mentioned. Everything is linked correctly.
Also, since I've linked my account with steam, I wasn't sure if it could be the problem.
My topic was also to see if I was the only one in this situation but since you're the only one who replied yet, I'll contact Epicgames about that.

Try to confirm if you have linked your account: https://esports.rocketleague.com/rewards/

I linked it and my drops appeared in my inventory.

It's all linked correctly. I got 2 drops out of 4 ... wich is even bizzare. I did't contact steam yet about that. Wanted to see if with the RLCSWC I would get the same result but, look like I get 2 just after the drop was checked, but still waiting the last one and the RLCS Spring drop.
I'll let you know when something new comes out.

i had same problem, what fixed it for me is the following unlink rocketleague from your twitch account, relink, login on your main platform and boom

Sooooooo, I got the items after all BUT TURNS OUT you can win random items, just like when you are opening a capsule, and not only the ones listed on the Fan Rewards RL website. So basically, you just get some poor common/rare items by watching 2 to 4 hours of stream. What's the point ?!? I just got scam !!!
