Doing Aerials on Keyboard/Mouse is harder to explain as well. It requires slightly tapping more than anything.
The only way I can explain how to do an aerial on KB/M is to Jump, tap the S key once or twice so your car is aiming upwards then start boosting. To change your direction would require pressing A and D slightly along with W/S to adjust the pitch of your car.
I don't play KB/M because the game isn't designed around using it. So someone with more experience would need to explain it.
If you hold a key (WASD) and do double jumps, it's gonna do a barrel roll, 1 Jump and enough boost fuel, hold it (not too much, but little-by-little), you can actually fly, the controls are basically the controls of plane, W = dive ; S = Up. It takes a while to understand how to use it properly so it's normal if you can't yet.
If you do the double jump while mid air, you lose most of time control of it. Also It seems that you can't do a second jump if you're too long in the air.
Also, shift allows you to self-spin without any other input buttons, in which you can redirect yourself if needed (hard to manipulate at first for real on KB+M).
