when u creat a club, u can see your clubtag infront of your name

You can either create a club ingame. This will only put a shot four letter abbreviation of your team name. Or you can just change your name on Steam, and put your team name infront of the name you already have.

I have no idea. My guess would be that a ''Club'' is a ''Team'' and you need a ''Team'' to play Club matches. Two people being the minimum amount. I don't know.
