1) Make sure your monitor resolution is set to native.

2) Make sure Rocket League resolution is the same resolution.

3) Make sure the Render Quality setting in Rocket League is set to High Quality.

take a nice cloth and clean your screen

if that doesn't work, use the cloth and clean your eyes too

Or just buy real PC
If you got a tn screen in 1080, don't expect anything. Lines everywhere.
Also its designed to be fast. Not beautifull

For a cleaner picture it's also good to disable: depth of field, bloom, light shafts, lens flares, motion blur.

Also disable in-game "antialiasing". Maybe use 4xSSAA in nvinspector (or 2x2 downsampling) if gpu power allows it.

Finally - use RESHADE. There it's possible to set proper brightness/contrast, color vibrance and sharpness.
Your welcome to try my reshade, makes the game sharper and removes the grey look to the game. https://sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/7213/ instructions are a bit out of date, can't update them due to login issues

Sure you do. You're an extreme enthusiast user who has a $2000 CPU and a $1200 GPU, yet you've never posted on Steam before, you own a grand total of 28 games, all your screenshots are 1280 x 1024 CS:GO crapfests, and your technical expertise amounts to 'I tried turning blur off'. A likely story.
seems legit

That setup is BARELY enough to run a game like minecraft on 720p. Time to upgrade pal.
