camera swivel not working

I bind my keyboard keys to swivel but its not working at all how to fix this cancer?

It is working for me and i think this is how bind look in :
Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\Config - TAInput.ini file.

With closed game try find these and edit them then save file :
PCBindings=( Action="ReplayRollRight", Key="E", Speed=100 )
PCBindings=( Action="ReplayRollLeft", Key="Q", Speed=100 )
