You cannot transfer most DLC's through platforms.

More info here: https://www.rocketleague.com/news/cross-platform-progression-with-free-to-play--a-closer-look/

Well, again, we are reducing opportunities through migrations.

The platforms themselves do these restrictions. Don't think Sony would appreciate you being able to purchase DLC from a different platform and use it on theirs.

I mean, but previously there was no problem with this, people even allowed friends to play their games with DLC without having purchased copies. And now something happened in the type of transition to the free version yes, now friends do not need to have a game, but now users with DLC could not transfer them between their accounts. As well as the game itself, it did not have a positive impact. As for example, inflation with the rating of players, that is, before F2P, you played for platinum, and after F2P, you suddenly started playing for 1-3 diamonds, although the skills you used did not change. So why not? Why now ordinary PC users who played before and paid for the content that they can no longer transmit?

When has it ever been possible to trade your dlc with other players in any steam game?

If a person does not have a game, and a friend has it with DLC, then if a friend shares the game with a friend, then they can also transfer the DLC, but if one of them uses the opposite person, this content will not be available. So I used to transfer a game with DLC to this account, but due to the purchase of copies, I can no longer receive anything related to this game.

"Who can access the additional and in-game content that is associated with the game?
Additional content of the account owner will be available to the guest only if he does not have the main game. The guest will not be able to purchase additional content for the main game that they do not own. Any player can purchase, trade, earn, or otherwise receive in-game content while playing, but in-game items cannot be shared between accounts. These items remain the property of the account (user) who purchased or received them, regardless of whether it is a guest account or the host of the main game." https://store.steampowered.com/promotion/familysharing

Okay. Thanks for the info. I have always thought that there is no way steam would allow this kind of things.

Sorry for reopening topic few days later but wanted to maybe clarify and/or add few info.

You could use Steam Family Sharing but it's not possible to play Competitive matches (maybe Extra counts too), article here :

I don't think this should be possible or it's true.
You probably bought dlc on Steam too. Can you check in Steam Library - Rocket League - Properties - DLCs tab ?

It's currently not possible to share Premium old DLCs across connected platforms without purchasing there.
It may be possible in future - maybe next few months or this year, nothing exact shared yet.
