2000 cr for a dlc car?!

back in the day (2017-2018), you could get 2 dlc cars with 3$...I feel like Epic(since they bought it) is just trying to make as much money as they can with all these partnerships...etc and forgot about improving the gameplay

DLC`s well thats not really DLC`s thats just cosmetic bundels was charded around 3 Dollar, now they raised it to 20 Dollars. And thats way`s to much, in comparison the 15 Dollar for the game.
If they raise the price 100% to 6 Dollar, well i would say, okay thats fair, since game got F2P, but a price increase by almost 700% is ridicolous and well impudence.

I disagree on the pricing example you made, going f2p (and actually, even as a paid game) they can set the price to whatever they want it to. I find it a bit amusing that people complain about a DLC car costing 20$, but then when TW items go for 100$+ on the market, which psyonix acknowledges, it's accepted as the norm. You are welcome to think of this Lamborghini as a more deluxe item than the McLaren was, because it is.

If you don't like the price tag, don't buy it. I honestly don't understand why people need to rant about this. If others agree with you, and find it a steep cost, then eventually the publishers will take note and lower the costs. In the meantime, if people deem it worth 20$ and buy it, then it's because it's worth that much for them.

It's just cosmetics.

Yeah we should use our telepathic powers to know if others agree with us. Now if Rocket League 2 costs 3000 bucks instead of free/20/60m you will also say that "if people deem it worth...". Except one crazy person will make up for 50 not buying it.

I almost didn't buy the Ford Truck. 15 was a lot more than usual.

I'm not going to buy a single item that costs $20 in a game I only paid $10.79 for, but if other people want to pay that much then more power to them. Better them than me. I'll keep my money and sugar daddy can pay the server bills.

I remember when Psyonix said that $1.99 was more than enough for a dlc pack and still felt like that was too much. Might have been back when we had keys but still, such a price change and stance on the items since a new owner came...

Can't buy what came with the game, and even if you could, I can pretty much tell you that it will cost way more.. this isnt a shooter, we get a set up we like and use it..

7 items a day at most is LAME and always in the dumbest colors..
You at Psyonix don't even care its like this and that's the truth..

I'd spend money if i felt like i was getting a value for my money.. got every OG car and dlc, dont really need new stuff, its just a royal pain in the butt to try and trade to get what you want these days...

You killed the item appeal long ago and just like milking everyone... These daily prices kinda nail that point home in my eyes.

IMO, not very practical business sense here.
If the DLC was reasonably priced then I'm certain many more would make a purchase, thus ultimately more profit.
Instead it would appear that GREED is more apparent than common sense.
