Can you give other people DLC cars as gifts?

Via in-game trading? No. If the DLC is purchased as a gift? Yes.

Thanks, that's what i wanted to know. Maybe you trade crates and items for DLC cars by mistake?

Only if u gift the premium item to a friend on steam. You can't trade via rocket league
