Too tired about TOXIC team mates in competitive

It's really annoying that most of the team mates in competitive mode are TOXIC. Yes, they are toxic. 30 or 40% or times they leave the game if we are loosing by one goal, at the minute 4 or 3 or so, they want to leave.
Too tired about team mates that can't hit the ball in all the match, or scores accidentally 2 or 3 times in a match... Im in gold rank and think this cannot be accepted.
Too tired about team mates that are focused only in score goals and hit the ball, leaving our net alone.

Team mates that saves a goal, that you hit! Trying to steal your goal saves it...
Team mates that are angry with you because you "stole" the goal because opponents gonna save the goal and you hit the ball. They now scores in your our net again and again.

This is not a one time problem, this is 90% of the times in competitive. I understand this happens in normal mode, but I think this must be a serious game mode.

I don't find that many toxic players in competitive, I mean there are some.
Worst than that is leavers. At least I can mute toxic players... Leavers should get a more serious penalty than a timeout.

they gave the ranked system the overwatch treatment, so gold is just as awful as prospect.. u have to climb to like halfway into star to get god matches

I had 3 games in a row, each teammate (6) all toxic. I mean, it's a game, chill out. If I wanna get grief from some puberty driven child I'll talk to my own kids. I'm out!

Honestly I'm SuperStar and this never happens. Maybe like 1% of games someone leaves early. If people are toxic to you or leaving games, then it's probably because you are terrible and/or toxic yourself.
