You can use any goal explosion you want, just not the decals, engine sound or wheels on other cars and won't be able to equip other decals/sounds/wheels to these

Now yes, but after they launch they will restrict it to only the decals from the car and hopefully solid colors? I'm not sure but thanks for answering

Fast & Furious Cars that were previously purchased will also have these restrictions. "

So this is good news, I guess not much changes so it's nice to see we can do that, now i'm just not sure about equipping the wheels on other cars or the engine sounds, probably remains the same except for licensed cars like nascar pack
