I changed my drive letters from 'D:/' to 'F:/' and the REGISTRY link to 'My Documents' was still pointing to 'D:/'
I was able to update the KEY 'Personal' to point to the correct location using REGEDIT.EXE on KEY 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders'
After this everything was working perfectly again.
